So many little miracles

Yoga for the hands. In each class we always spend a few minutes doing hand exercises or yoga for the hands. This helps keep our strength, dexterity & mobility in our fingers wrists & hands, so important to work on to help with everyday tasks.


A comment from one of my yogis the other day " The hand exercises have helped me tremendously. I have two trigger fingers, one on each hand. Both of them are remarkably improved now that I have been doing the exercises regularly. I do them at home on the days when we don't have classes & I smile when I think of you. Thank you so much!"
