Yoga helps us in so many practical and functional ways as well as being a wonderful exercise to do for enjoyment on our own or with friends.
One of my yogis was so happy to share with me that after spending most of the day volunteering at a local gardening event with lots of movement, standing, stretching, reaching & digging she felt none of the back pain she would normally expect to experience.
She was so grateful to yoga & how much difference it was making in her life.
